I’m making the move to this firm because, after years of working in the BPO industry, I’ve realized that my favorite part of the job is the human connection. There’s a real sense of pride that comes with being the voice on the other end of the line when someone is stressed or overwhelmed. I truly enjoy the challenge of solving a problem and the satisfaction of knowing I’ve turned a client’s day around by providing more than just an answer, but a great experience. I want to bring that same heart and dedication to Roxell Richards, where I can be a calm, supportive first step for people who are reaching out to us for justice.

When I’m not at my desk, I’m usually channeling my energy into music. I love writing songs as a way to process my own experiences and tell stories, which keeps me grounded and creative when I’m off the clock.
