As a Medical Treatment Case Manager, I coordinate clients’ medical care for personal injury cases by scheduling treatment, securing referrals, and communicating with providers. I guide clients through the treatment process, including Letters of Protection (LOPs), while ensuring clear communication and timely care. With a background in healthcare and legal support, I provide efficient, detail-oriented case management and consistent client support.
My Why
I chose to join a personal injury law firm to combine my healthcare background with legal work, allowing me to support clients through their recovery. I’m driven by the opportunity to make a real impact during a difficult time in their lives. I value being able to guide and reassure clients as they navigate their treatment. This role also allows me to grow professionally while contributing to a team focused on client care and positive outcomes.
