As a Litigation Document Review Paralegal at Roxell Richards Law Firm, I support the development of personal injury cases through meticulous document analysis, evidence organization, and case preparation. I play a key role in reviewing records, identifying critical details, and ensuring that each file is structured to support clear and compelling legal arguments. My work is grounded in precision and accountability, contributing to the firm’s ability to advocate effectively for its clients. Prior to joining the firm, I built my professional foundation as a financial analyst and tax strategist, where I developed strong analytical discipline, attention to detail, and a structured approach to complex problem-solving. Transitioning into the legal field allows me to apply these skills in a more client-centered environment; one that demands not only technical competence but also empathy and purpose. Outside work, you’ll often see me playing chess either on my phone or on a physical board; or scribble feature articles about the most special moments of my life. I am also a foodie and loves to try new coffee shops and restaurants.
My Why
Joining Roxell Richards Law is a huge shift from my usual financial analyst and tax strategist roles, but it is a shift I chose with intention. My background trained me to think with precision and structure, but it often kept me removed from the human impact behind the work. Personal injury law changes that; it allows me to engage directly with people at vulnerable moments and to use my skills in a way that feels more humane and meaningful.
