I started my professional journey in the BPO insdustry where I developed communication skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic while handling diverse client concerns. Transitioning into the legal field, I started as a Case Manager Assistant, gaining invaluable insight into personal injury claims, legal procedures and importance of organized case development. Now, I specialize in Medical Records retrieval where I focus in obtaining andd organizing client’s medical record, ensuring that documents are avalable for case preparation.
My Why
I chose to build my career in a personal injury law firm because this line of work combines my skills, passion for helping others and the desire to do work that truly matters. Working in this field, means being part of a team where everyone plays a vital role.
