I started my career as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company, where I spent four years speaking with people from all walks of life. Every call was different, some were simple, others were frustrating or emotional, but that experience taught me how to listen with patience, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure. More importantly, it showed me how much a single conversation can impact someone’s day.

Those early experiences shaped how I approach my work today. Now, as an Intake Specialist at Roxell Richards Law Firm, I’m often the first person clients speak with after an accident, usually at a time when they’re overwhelmed, uncertain, and looking for help. I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I make it a priority to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and guide them through the next steps with clarity and empathy.

Transitioning from customer service to legal intake allowed me to use the same core skills in a more meaningful way. Instead of just resolving concerns, I now help connect people to the support and representation they need. For me, it’s not just about gathering information, it’s about creating a sense of reassurance and trust from the very first interaction.
