As a Litigation Deposition Attorney, my work centers on the discovery phase, specifically the taking and use of testimony under oath before a case ever reaches trial.

I prepare the groundwork for depositions. That means reviewing the case file down to its details: petitions and answers, written discovery responses, medical records and billing, police and incident reports, employment and wage documents, and prior statements. From that review, I identify what each witness can speak to, where the gaps and contradictions sit, and what needs to be locked in on the record. From there, I build the deposition outline and the exhibit set.

Depositions are where a claim is tested before anyone else tests it. A single answer can support a motion, frame an expert’s opinion, or change what a case is worth in settlement negotiations. So, I treat this phase as one where precision is not optional.
